Policy
Applies to Keybloom
Effective: 12 September 2026 · Updated: 12 September 2026
1. Overview
Keybloom is a piano and music-practice app. Everyday practice does not require a TinyWorld account. TinyWorld does not operate an account system for Keybloom or upload your practice records and performances to its servers.
2. Data on your device
Keybloom stores lesson progress, preferences, practice history and saved performances locally. Pending ranked scores and their Game Center player identifiers are stored for retry with the same account. Your device backup settings may include this data in a backup.
3. Purchases
Apple processes optional in-app purchases. Keybloom checks Apple-signed purchase information to unlock Pro. TinyWorld does not receive your payment card details. Apple manages purchase history independently.
4. Optional Game Center
If you connect to Game Center and start a ranked round, Keybloom sends the score to Apple under your Game Center player profile. Your profile and ranking may be visible to other players according to Apple's Game Center settings. Regular practice history and recordings are not sent.
Turn off future score sharing in Keybloom's Game Center screen. This does not remove scores already submitted to Apple. Manage your Game Center profile in iOS Settings.
5. Recording, permissions and sharing
Recording captures piano note events inside the app, not microphone audio. Keybloom is not a typing keyboard extension and does not require keyboard access or Full Access permissions.
When you export a performance, you choose whether and where to share the audio file. The destination service's privacy practices apply after sharing.
6. Advertising, diagnostics and support
This release contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. No advertising identifier is requested. TinyWorld does not sell or rent personal information. Apple may provide diagnostics and TestFlight feedback under your Apple settings.
If you email support, TinyWorld receives your email address and the information you include to handle your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
7. Retention and your controls
Delete individual recordings in Performances. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may retain data. Copies in backups or exported to other services must be managed separately. Turning off Game Center sharing does not delete scores already held by Apple, and deleting the app does not delete Apple's purchase history.
Contact support for help with data or to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements.
8. Children and policy changes
Keybloom does not require a TinyWorld account for practice. If you believe a child has sent personal information to TinyWorld through support, contact us. Optional Apple services are subject to Apple's settings and privacy practices.
When this policy changes, we update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page when appropriate.
